"Nutrition Education for Diabetes: A Focus on Carbohydrate Counting"
Baltimore, MD (October 19, 2012) - Kernan Hospital, Maryland's leading orthopaedic and rehabilitation hospital, is hosting a free diabetes educational talk on Thursday, November 8, 2012, Noon to 1 p.m., in Conference Room A of the Flynn Conference Center.
Denise Lichaa, RD, LDN, CNSC, Clinical Dietician will present "Nutrition Education for Diabetes: A Focus on Carbohydrate Counting." A free glucose screening will also be available.
