The University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of two University of Maryland occupational therapists to leadership positions at the Maryland Occupational Therapy Association.
Kate Eglseder has been named executive vice president, and Katherine Webster is now secretary of that organization.
Kate Eglseder, MS, OTR/L, has worked for 18 years at University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute in both clinical and managerial roles with a focus on spinal cord injury and upper extremity trauma. Kate also works as a clinical assistant professor of occupational therapy at Towson University.
Katherine Webster, MS, OTR/L, is the primary occupational therapist in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
